The Bay South Garden, Gardens By The Bay Singapore, was officially opened by Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Long on the 28th June 2012, Thursday. The Bay East and Bay Central gardens are still under construction and will be ready in the year 2015.

It is officially opened to the general public today, 29th of June 2012, Friday.

It was a quiet event for the official opening without any fanfare for the visitors.
